Pedaleé por la Sierra, por el Amazonas y atravesé páramos donde era común ser sorprendido por la lluvia. Un día el frío me causó un calambre terrible, y como pocas veces que recuerdo, sufrí y recapacité acerca del viaje.[:en]During my journey in Ecuador I witnessed demonstrations for and against the government, blocking roads and attacks. I cycled through the Saw, the Amazon and crossed moorlands where I got caught in the rain. One day, the extreme cold weather caused me a severe leg cramp that made me suffer and think as few times in my trip.[:]
