Allí estuve dos semanas, conseguí un sponsor, visité la gran muralla, la ciudad prohibida e indagué acerca de una de las principales problemáticas del país: “el crecimiento demográfico”.[:en]Beijing is not an image of the China’s Communist but a huge and modern city. Corea del Sur

[:es]Mi estadía en Corea se prolongó durante 3 semanas y la época de lluvia no me perdonó. Las distancias entre las ciudades principales no superaban los 150 o 160 km, por ello cada día que llovía, prefería exigirme pedaleando y no acampando.[:en]I stayed in Korea during 3 weeks, it was August, 2010 and the rainy season was running its course. The distances between the main cities were not more than 150 or 160 km, thereby when it rained I preferred to get soaked cycling than camping.[:]

Japón

[:es]Japón es un país maravilloso para recorrerlo de bicicleta, es limpio y seguro con impresionantes bosques, ríos, montañas, playas, infinidad de templos y su cultura. En Kyoto conocí una geisha, que según me explicaban son profesionales del entretenimiento y para ello estudian instrumentos musicales, la ceremonia del té, danza, literatura y la poesía nipona.[:en]Japan is a wonderful country to travel by bicycle; it is clean and safe with amazing forests, rivers, mountains, beaches, countless temples and its culture. Bordeando el Mar Amarillo

[:es]Ingresé a China por el sur, bordeando el mar Amarillo. Tenía mucha expectativa, estaba contento y curioso, porque a pesar de que habían pasado 20 años de la nueva política de reforma y abertura, permitiendo la entrada a turistas, China todavía permanece bajo un aura de misterio.[:en]I entered to China through the south, along the Yellow Sea. Laos

[:es]Estaba en Laos, era mediodía y hacía mucho calor. Tenía problemas en al bicicleta y necesitaba que me lleven, pero de los pocos vehículos que pasaron en tres horas no me levantó nadie. Estaba en una zona montañosa sin comida ni agua, y a 30 km del pueblo más cercano. “Me las tengo que arreglar solo” pensé una vez más.[:en]I was in Lao, it was noon and it was too hot. I had problems with the bike, thereby I hitchhiked, but during three hours just few vehicles passed and none picked me up. I was in a mountainous area without water and food, and 30 km far from the nearest town. “I have to manage by myself” I thought again.[:]
