Arabia Saudita

[:es]La religión en Arabia Saudita tiene un rol fundamental en cada aspecto de la cotidianeidad, por ello el país es único. Pero los Sauditas son buena gente aunque a veces difícil de comprender. 900 km en el desierto, a 14 km/h y escoltado por la policía… durísimo!!!!! [:en]The religion in Saudi Arabia has a fundamental role in each aspect of the daily routine; therefore it is a unique country. But the Saudis are nice people although sometimes it is hard to understand them. 900 km through the desert, at 14 km/h and escorted by police, it wasn’t easy!!![:]

Bahréin, conociendo el Islam

[:es]Según el Corán, el rol de Mahoma fue purificar ciertas enseñanzas que ya no tenían la forma original, porque con el pasar del tiempo se han perdido, olvidadas o mal interpretadas. Kuwait, buscando sponsors

Camino hacia el sur

Teherán – La historia del petróleo

[:es]Mi estadía en Teherán se prorrogó durante tres semanas, aunque me bastaron solo un par de días para descubrir la calidez y disponibilidad de su gente; y entender que éste no es el Irán que vemos por la tele. También mis amigos me contaron sobre la historia del petróleo.[:en]I stayed in Tehran more than three weeks, although only a couple of days had been enough to discover the people’s availability and their warmth; and to understand that it is not the Iran that we watch on TV. Bienvenido a Irán

[:es]La gente se amontona cada vez más; me cuesta creerlo, parezco un marciano. Y encima el policía a mi cuidado enciende la sirena para ahuyentar al público, que demasiado curioso trata de comunicarse conmigo. La situación se vuelve incontrolable.[:en]In a couple of minutes a hundred people gather around me; I can not believe it, I seem a Martian. El Monte Ararat

[:es]Pedalear el este de Turquía no fue fácil. Camino a la frontera con Irán llegué a Dogubayazit y me topé con el majestuoso Monte Ararat, donde según la Biblia y también de acuerdo al Corán, es el lugar donde posó el arca de Noé. Estar allí y conocer su historia fue emocionante.[:en]To cycle the east of Turkey was hard. El Kurdistán en bicicleta

Otra vez en Turquía

[:es]Ingresé a Turquía por cuarta vez. Un país hermoso y testigo de los mejores momentos del viaje. Ya llevo más de dos años viajando por los países del mediterráneo y lo que debería ser un recorrido lineal por momentos se me hace circular. Ahora compartiría ruta con un Serbio[:en]I entered to Turkey per fourth time. It is a nice country and witness of the best moments of the trip. I have already travelled for more than two years through the Mediterranean countries and what should be a lineal journey for moments is a circular route. Now I would cycle with a friend from Serbia.[:]

Bulgaria
